Today's workout:
Warm-up: 10 minutes run/jog on the treadmill
For 15 minutes do:
5 push-ups
5 chins/pull-ups (assisted OK)
5 dips (assisted OK)
15 Bosu ball squats
If you're pregnant, do this at a comfortable pace. If you're not pregnant, do as many rounds as you can.
